Principles of Microeconomics
 

An introduction to theory of prices and the allocation of resources. Topics include: the pricing of goods and services, the determination of            wages and returns to capital, market structure, and international trade.


Principles of Macroeconomics

This course is designed to introduce students to the study of the operation and function of the American economic system.  Attention is given to demand and supply, business cycle theory, national income accounting, aggregate demand and supply, unemployment, inflation, economic growth, fiscal and monetary policies, income policies and international trade.

 

Entrepreneurial Finance

This course introduces the student to the financial and accounting issues facing a new business start-up for the privately held company. 
Upon successful completion of the course, the student is able to:

 

  1. Prepare the financial portion of a business plan.

  2. Understand and choose from the various sources of financing methods.

  3. Evaluate and forecast financial performance of a business venture.

Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses 

I facilitate the financial modules of the New Orleans location of Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses program hosted at Delgado Community College and the national location in the Boston area hosted at Babson College.
